Herb and Health Fiesta at final Ilford Pop Up Green market 14 July

This is the final community cafe and market in our present location.  We are taking a break in August and will be back at end of September with the annual Food Fest, hopefully at Cranbrook Baptist Church.  More details to follow.

Herbs & herbs:


kombucha
  1. 12.00 Making kombucha with Julie Luce

  2. 12.45  – Herbs Fiesta – a workshop with herbalist Angela St Ville on the local herbs  you can use for your health

Mending/repairs/green travel:

  1. Repair cafe – bring broken stuff and see if Hamant and Dilip can mend it (free)

  2. Bike repairs and sales – Ilford Recycles CIC will be mending and selling bikes

  1. Community cafe

  2. Local fresh herb teas

  3. Conversation and friendship

Stalls:

  1. Ummi Ummi African inspired crafts, Cacti & succulants, hand made fashion jewellry, recycled/hand painted crafts, bric and brac, hand knitted baby clothes and of course recycled bikes.
